GILT EDGE LEADERSHIP SKILLS
(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
We begin with introductions and agreement on ways of working together during the coaching programme with a strong focus on achieving best results.
We also discuss the working relationship in terms of confidentiality, duration and expectations on both sides. We identify the key leadership challenges the coachee is facing and the causative factors.
We discuss with the coachee the feedback in the combined 360 Leadership and Emotional and Social Intelligence Report on their skills and competencies. This report will have been completed before the first coaching session takes place and will have been sent to the coachee.
We agree the assignment that is to be completed prior to next coaching session.

(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
We know from the feedback what needs to be worked on, so we agree the goals to be achieved and list them in order of priority.
We then explain the key requirements in goal-setting and provide support in formulating a detailed plan and in setting the first two goals on the prioritised list.
Agree assignment to be completed prior to next coaching session.


(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
Provide support in completing robust action plans to achieve the planned goals within agreed timeframes.
Identify the first set of actions to be taken immediately.
Agree assignment to be completed prior to next coaching session.

(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
Identify any beliefs which are keeping the participant stuck and provide coaching to remove those beliefs and replace them with new empowering ones.
Commence coaching on leadership skills – those identified as requiring further enhancement or introduction of new skills.
Agree assignment to be completed prior to next session.


(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
In this session, coaching will continue on the identified aspects that require enhancement. A progress review on implementation of agreed actions will also be conducted and support provided where required.
Please Note: Depending on the number of skills and competencies identified in the 360 Feedback report as requiring coaching, there may be a further requirement for further coaching sessions to cover them all. Should this scenario arise, additional sessions would have to be agreed with the business sponsor prior to commencent of same.

(90 Minutes, One-on-One)
In depth review of overall progress in relation to goal achievement and assessment of the impact of deploying new or enhanced leadership skills.
Discussion on any aspects or queries which coachee may raise.
Close out the coaching programme.

A detailed 360 feedback report on key leadership skills and emotional and social intelligence competencies for each participant
Clear goals and a comprehensive action plan to achieve them.
One-on-One coaching sessions to dispel limiting beliefs and to develop key leadership skills.
A framework to assist them in monitoring their progress and staying on track to achieve all of their planned goals.
Participants’ leadership skills and emotional and social intelligence competencies will be enhanced.
