Working closely together, we will help you to master your mindset, leverage your strengths and move forward quickly with confidence on the optimal path to achieve your planned goals within a realistic timeframe and to translate the vision of your ideal life into reality.
You will be invited to complete an Emotional and Social Intelligence Competencies Assessment and will receive a detailed feedback report on same. This report will be treated in a highly confidential manner and will not be shared with other programme participants.
You will also be invited to join our closed members support group Gilt Edge Futures - Create the Life You Want on Facebook where you will have the opportunity to share ideas, learn from other members of the group and receive ongoing support from us. We will hold a live 1 hour Q&A session in the group on a fortnightly basis. We will also share some helpful tips and information throughout the duration of the programme to support you on your journey to success.

In this module, we focus on the key areas of your life and identify the changes you need to make to enhance each one.

Here, we switch from looking ahead to identifying what has been keeping you stuck.
What has prohibited you from being where you want to be?
We then focus on how to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.


Duration - 1.5 Hours.
In this module, we move from gathering information to goal setting.
You will learn how to set smarter goals aligned to your vision and develop an overall plan, using a proven methodology, to enhance each key area of your life.

Duration - 1.5 Hours.
We help you develop robust action plans to achieve your goals and start taking steps immediately to realise them.


Duration - 1.5 Hours.
Everything in life relies on relationships between people. In this module, we will focus on the 4 fundamental capabilities of emotional and social intelligence.
You will learn how to level up your performance by leveraging your strong core competencies and by planning to take action to address competencies that have been identified as requiring further enhancement.
We will also coach you on interpersonal and communications skills.

Duration - 1.5 Hours.
This aspect is covered over two modules. In this module (Part 1), we will show you how to become more mindful of your strengths and inner resources and learn techniques to master your mindset, engage in new ways of thinking, dispel limiting beliefs and overcome your fears.
You will learn how to step out of your comfort zone and onto the pathway which will provide opportunities for personal growth and will lead you to where you want to be, living a fulfilled and happy life.


Duration - 1.5 Hours.
Here we focus on removing negative behaviours and habits and gradually evolving to embrace more positive new ones.
We help you capitalise on your inner strengths, move forward with clarity and confidence and take action to achieve your goals at a faster pace.

Duration - 1.5 Hours.
This is, of course, all about you and you will need to take ownership from here onwards.
In this module, we focus on developing accountability for actioning your plan. We give you a defined process for monitoring and managing your progress in order to sustain momentum over the longer term and achieve sustainable success.


Duration - 1.5 Hours.
Learn how to build mental resilience and the capability to manage in the face of adversity.
In this module, you will receive guidance on how best to sustain momentum going forward on your life journey and how to build on what you have already achieved during the programme, so that you are successful in achieving all of your planned goals.
Duration - 1.5 Hours.
At this point, we will have been through a powerful twelve weeks together!
Together, we will review your key learning and progress made on your goal achievement.
We will focus on your next steps as we set you on your way.
We will end the programme with a question and answers session, followed by final tips for achieving ongoing success before programme close-out.
